Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Heirloom Berry Co. bowl. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Because our ceramic bowls are designed for food contact, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your ceramic bowl arrives broken or chipped, please include photos of the damage and the original packaging in your email to us.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@heirloomberryco.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
